1. Purpose of the Webinar 

This webinar is provided for educational and informational purposes only.  Participation does not constitute certification, licensing, or authorization to perform any specific task or duty related to laser safety or laser welding operations.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership of Content

All materials presented or distributed during the webinar — including slides, graphics, illustrations, documents, templates, recordings, verbal explanations, examples, methodologies, workflows, and instructional approaches — are the exclusive intellectual property of Randolph Paura, President of Dynamic Laser Solutions, Inc.
Participation in the webinar does not grant any ownership, license, or transfer of rights to participants.

2.2 Limited License for Use

Participants are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the materials solely for:

• personal learning, or
• internal training within their own organization.

No other rights are granted.  All rights not expressly provided are reserved by Randolph Paura and Dynamic Laser Solutions, Inc.

2.3 Prohibition on Derivative Works

Participants may not create, publish, or distribute derivative works based on the webinar content, including but not limited to:

• modified slides or graphics
• adapted training materials
• rewritten or reinterpreted versions of the content
• new courses, presentations, or documents based on the material unless prior written permission is obtained.

2.4 Protection of Verbal Explanations and Demonstrations

All verbal explanations, examples, demonstrations, and instructional methods delivered during the webinar are protected intellectual property. These may not be recorded, transcribed, replicated, or incorporated into other training programs without written authorization.

2.5 Restrictions on Reproduction and Redistribution

Participants may not reproduce, publish, upload, broadcast, or otherwise redistribute any portion of the webinar content — including screenshots, audio, video, or written materials — in any format, public or private, without explicit written permission.

2.6 Trademark and Branding Protection

Any logos, branding elements, or trade names associated with Dynamic Laser Solutions, Inc. or Randolph Paura may not be used, reproduced, or displayed without written permission.

2.7 Enforcement and Remedies

Dynamic Laser Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal or administrative remedies for unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of webinar materials. Participation in the webinar constitutes agreement to comply with these protections.

3. Restrictions on Use

Participants agree that:

• Webinar content is for personal learning or internal organizational training only.
• Materials may not be used for commercial purposes, including resale, paid training, consulting, or incorporation into commercial products or services.
• Materials may not be posted publicly, uploaded to websites, or shared on social media without written approval.
• Screenshots, recordings, or redistribution of the webinar or its content are prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

4. Confidentiality

Participants agree not to disclose or share access links, passwords, or internal resources provided for the webinar.

5. Recording Notice

The organizer may record the webinar for internal or archival purposes. Participants will be notified if recording occurs. Unauthorized participant recording is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The organizer makes no warranties regarding the completeness or applicability of the information provided. Participants are responsible for applying relevant standards, regulations, and due diligence within their own organizations.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending the webinar, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
